We try to speak plainly: what belongs on the open web and what is still bench work are spelled out on Research status. Good-faith corrections and sharp questions help us keep that line honest. If you need evaluation, licensing, a prototype, or an NDA conversation, start with Partners or Contact.

Partners

Partner work follows the same north star as everything else here: people should be able to trust what we say. That means scoped evaluations, paperwork that matches what we can actually show you, and no theatrical certainty. This is where commercial threads start. We take paid evaluation, licensing, acquisition conversations, prototypes, and research partnerships—including teams who want a documented path, not vibes. Think of phyllux.io as the front window; the heavy files travel the partner route.

The first step with a check attached is a scoped evaluation: you get a partner pack, a methods overview, interfaces, benchmark notes where we have them, and a concrete integration sketch. If that looks like a fit, we move to an NDA and the deeper material. Private build detail does not live in casual email—it follows the partner path PDF and a signed NDA, in that order.

VAULT/PhiKey has public tooling hooks; we do not sell it here as third-party-audited product crypto—see Research status. What you see on phyllux.io is a curated slice: PhiKey, Phyllux Vault, and Safe public publish—not a live mirror of private trees.

Adjacent product domains. The Novelmate Studio fiction lane markets at novelmatestudio.com. Treat Research status (fifth row) and Ecosystem as the honesty rails for claims—not this page as its checkout.

How to reach us: for commercial or investment threads, email phibronotchi@gmail.com (use Phyllux commercial inquiry or Phyllux investor / acquisition in the subject), or call +1 (825) 966-2599 on Mountain Time weekdays during daytime hours. Full routes: Contact.

Weighing an asset purchase or exclusive license: acquisition memorandum (PDF) · Strategic acquisition page—same contact routes as above; subject line Phyllux strategic acquisition inquiry.

Partner Path Document

We publish the partner path as markdown and PDF—intake, evaluation, tiers, and what happens after signatures—so your team gets one leave-behind instead of hunting through email threads.

Process

1 Inquiry
2 Paid evaluation
3 NDA / offer
4 Agreement
5 Implementation

First contact is usually email or phone. From there: paid evaluation when it makes sense, then NDA and term review, then a short agreement when everyone is aligned. After that you get partner packs, specs, and the support we scoped—not legal advice; use your own counsel before you sign.

Evaluation offer

Evaluations are scoped: you receive a partner pack, method overview, interfaces, benchmarks where we already have them, and an integration plan. Send a serious note with your use case, rough budget band, who decides, timeline, and whether you are leaning toward license, acquisition, investment, or prototype work.
