Public proof sets the timeline and prior art. Patent filings are selective when counsel recommends them, not a standing program; day-to-day protection is partner black box, trade secrecy, and deliberate public release. Research status tracks how we describe evidence versus what is still open.
Novelmate Studio (fiction workspace) is marketed on novelmatestudio.com under its own brand agreements. This IP page is Phyllux pillar posture; do not treat that domain’s checkout or terms as the same bundle as Phyllux black box unless a contract lists both.
