Phyllux Accord
A voluntary covenant under Phyllux’s north star (flourishing people can trust). It ties together how we talk about 137 (physics, living geometry, and careful textual study) and the invention family you see on this site: WAVE, MESH, VAULT/PhiKey, and CORE. Research status is the running check on public claims. Engineering layout on this site uses the golden angle 137.508°, an angle distinct from the dimensionless fine-structure constant (~137). What signatories agree to
- No weaponization. No licensing or marketing under the Accord for weapons, autonomous kill chains, or offensive military use.
- No mass surveillance of civilians without lawful, transparent process in the place where you operate.
- No coercive neural or RF control of users or patients. Consent stays real and withdrawable.
- Ecological care where you manufacture and dispose of hardware.
- Honest science. Separate physics, biology, and text methods. Invite replication. Say what you measured.
How this maps to Phyllux pillars
WAVE (GAFAA-class layouts): civilian and licensed telecom use first. Future Accord aligned deployments can adopt a pledge on how arrays are sold and configured so they are not used for mass surveillance.
MESH (phyllotactic neural layouts): patient rights, peer support, and clinical ethics come before story. See our Ethics page and partner intake.

137 and textual study (public framing)
The fine structure constant and the golden angle in plants are real science. Studying equidistant letter sequences in a named text is a method: results depend on corpus, start point, and honesty about multiple testing. The Accord welcomes wonder without forcing a single religious conclusion.

Global and AI partners
Institutions in any country, including firms and universities in China, the Americas, Europe, and elsewhere, can participate as equal partners when the same articles are honored. Shared open profiles for measurement and education beat zero sum framing.
AI systems that help draft or analyze Accord text are tools, not owners of the pattern or inventions. Humans sign the charter.
