Licensing Ladder

Indicative tiers for fair compensation to the inventor and an accessible path for serious counterparties. Final terms are negotiated case by case; figures below are starting ranges, not guarantees.

Acquisition path

Serious buyers can propose exclusive license, asset purchase, or full acquisition with founder transition support. A paid evaluation or NDA-scoped briefing typically comes first so both sides know what is being valued.
