Research status
Think of this page as the honest scorecard. We sort work into five tracks that share one toolkit: Vogel-style placement, a 121-node story, and skip-based windowing where it helps—and each track carries its own evidence bar. (These five rows are evidence tracks; they are not the same list as the four public pillars WAVE, MESH, VAULT/PhiKey, and CORE. The fifth row is manuscript tooling and public-program posture.) Nobody here is pretending a spiral fixes everything.
Manuscript tooling (fifth row): long-form drafting and catalog posture stay local-first and off the consumer storefront on this domain. Anything that looks like a public ebook shelf or checkout ships elsewhere when it is ready—use the table rows below for what is evidenced today. Older specs still use acronyms (IPP, PCAS, PNM, GAFAA). Treat this table as the plain-English ceiling on what those names may mean in public.
Governance and consent (design)
Fusing data at scale only stays sane next to hard policy. The design direction we are building toward includes:
- Opt in for anything personal. Silence means no enrollment.
- Forbidden joins between sensitive classes (for example civic stress and individual political metadata) unless a published treaty row allows it.
- Integrity triple style reporting: provenance score, cross check score, manipulation pressure score, published together.
- Auditable kill switches that local operators own; no remote override of host law.
The long-form specs live in partner packets under NDA when that is the right move. This page is the map so reviewers know what to ask for next.
