Research status

Phyllux work is split into five tracks that share a geometric toolkit (Vogel style placement, 121 node graph, optional skip based windowing). Each track is judged on its own evidence. Nothing here claims a single spiral fixes every domain.

Evidence table

Track What it is What we can show today What is not claimed yet
Information stability (IPP / core) Fusion geometry, mesh export, integrity helpers, optional diffusion demo on 121 floats. Open phyllux-core CLI: mesh, integrity bundle, skip window demo. See Demo appendix. Measured benchmark on a standard ML dataset showing reduction in iterative model collapse (Shumailov et al.) or distribution shift. Hypothesis only until run.
Non periodic RF (GAFAA / WAVE) Golden angle antenna layout concepts and public specs. Design documents and geometry consistent with aperiodic array goals. Published radiation patterns and coupling measurements that back numeric rows on Technology.
Geometric identity (PhiKey / VAULT) Key binding story tied to layout constants and vault direction. Constants and tooling hooks in open core package; partner docs where released. Independent cryptographic audit, production HSM story, formal threat model. Not a finished audited cryptosystem in public repo.
Neural mapping (PNM / MESH) Golden angle electrode placement concepts for cortical and neural interfaces. Design rationale, phyllotactic spacing geometry, and target application descriptions on docs and product pages. Fabricated prototype, measured electrode coverage data, or clinical validation. Exploratory track; no hardware results yet.
Structured manuscripts (internal tooling) Local first manuscript pipeline used in house. Research status row only; public BookWyrm and test author pages are paused on this site until further notice. Partner grade EPUB QA sign off if pipeline bugs appear; treat bad output as defect, not proof.

Older names (IPP, PCAS, PNM, GAFAA) still appear in specs. This table is the public honesty layer on top.

Governance and consent (design)

Large scale fusion only makes sense next to hard policy. The design direction includes:

Full narrative lives in internal specs shared under NDA when appropriate. This page names the mechanisms so safety reviewers know where to dig.

Patent and trade secret hygiene. Corpus start indices, private skip tables, and vault recipes stay out of public pages until counsel clears them. Public demos use generic inputs and the same constants already shipped in open code.
