Method & patterns

Biomimicry on this archive is an engineering grammar for tools: layout rules you can reuse, with an epistemic firewall. It is not a public research school, not a partner catalog, and not a claim that 137.508° unlocks secret physics.

Do not overclaim. Pattern cards below are design heuristics. Tags mark documented (public design intent), simulated (never published as measurement packages here), and speculative (geometry used as metaphor or unvalidated hypothesis). Living product behavior belongs on Novelmate Studio, not on this frozen surface.

Phyllux Method (short)

  1. Geometry first: state the placement rule before the product story.
  2. Hand off to known primitives: AEAD, KDFs, and ordinary software interfaces carry real work.
  3. Label evidence: measured, roadmap, or never measured. Do not blur them.
  4. Apply patterns inside tools; keep this site as provenance, not a storefront.
  5. Refuse mysticism: a useful spiral is still just a useful spiral.

Golden-angle step

Place successive elements with θ = n × 137.508°. Use when you want aperiodic spacing instead of a rectangular grid.

Failure mode: treating the angle as a physical constant with unverified RF, medical, or crypto power.

121-node lattice

Vogel-style mesh with Position 61 as design anchor. Shared story across WAVE, MESH, VAULT/PhiKey, and CORE notes.

Failure mode: implying published hardware coverage or clinical results that were never shipped.

Skip windowing

Use skip-based windowing where a long stream needs structured views. Integrity helpers on the archive described intent, not a published ML benchmark win.

Let lattice walks shape binding and identity stories. Put confidentiality on standard authenticated encryption outside the metaphor.

Living path: optional PhiKey Vault in Novelmate (Argon2id + ChaCha20-Poly1305). Not an audited cryptosystem.

Aperiodic layout heuristic

Apply golden-angle spacing to antenna or electrode sketches when packing and coupling matter in design conversation.

Never published radiation patterns or clinical electrode measurements on this site. Keep WAVE/MESH historical.
