Public library
Ideas, worlds, and standards we are happy to share. Hardware and crypto claims still answer to Research status and Technology. This domain is a gift lane—documentation, geometry, and conscience—not a revenue engine. Storefronts and shopping carts stay off phyllux.io.
Narrative worlds (StoryGuild vision)
Open story civilization. A framing we publish for anyone building fictional worlds: many universes, shared standards, local first authorship, and respect for authors who cannot sustain heavy typing or cloud extraction. It is a design essay, not something for sale on this domain.
Long form vision document (PDF, free to read): storyguild_vision.pdf · Markdown source.
Sample constellation names we have used in public art and lore (you may treat them as creative prompts): Chapel of Europa, Forest Listening Cities, House Under the Lake, Neon Accord, Pebble Rocket Club, River of Seven Names, Suitcase Archive.
Local first · accessibility
- Your manuscript should be able to live on your machine; cloud upload as an option, not a gate.
- Minimal input workflows matter: premise, outline, steering edits instead of marathon typing when fatigue or motor load is real.
- Keyboard first, clear modes, and honest EPUB structure (headings, alt text) are part of inclusive publishing.
Authoring principles (local first, honest capacity)
Extracted from earlier “content services” notes, kept here as public craft guidance without a hire us funnel:
- Queue and scope. Long form generation is queue shaped. Say no to farm scale promises; scope before you commit.
- Brief → outline → draft → polish → export. A sane pipeline for humans and assistants alike.
- Exports worth testing. Markdown, DOCX, EPUB smoke tests before you claim delivery.
- Voice stays yours. Tools suggest; the author signs the line.
Awareness & giving
phyllux.io does not fundraise and does not take a cut from anything linked here. Think of this as a small shelf in the public library: solidarity, hope, and pointers to people and institutions doing hard, noble work. If something matches your values, please support them directly on their own sites—it has nothing to do with commerce on this domain.
Parkinson’s & movement research (awareness)
We stand with people living with Parkinson’s and with open research into movement and neural care. This is awareness and mission language, not medical advice. Device and MESH engineering claims still belong in Research status and Technology—honest bars only.
Engineering note. Phyllotactic (golden-angle) electrode placement for neural interfaces is explored here as research geometry, with the same humility about what is measured versus imagined.
Organizations focused on Parkinson’s research and care (give on their sites):
- Michael J. Fox Foundation · Donate
- Parkinson Canada · Donate
- Canada Gives (DAF routes such as Zypher Parkinson’s Cure Accelerator)
Other causes worth knowing
A short, rotating conscience list—global health, knowledge commons, humanitarian relief. We have no formal partnership with these groups; they are simply doing work that fits a mutual flourishing posture. Give if it is right for you.
